Every online payment (card or ACH, guest pay or customer portal) adds one flat $1.00 platform fee on top of the invoice, whatever your plan. The card or bank (ACH) processing fee is separate and passed through at cost. Invoices paid in person, by check, or by cash carry no platform fee.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes — every plan starts with a 60-day free trial. No credit card required to get started.
Can I change plans later?+
Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and annual billing at any time. Pricing prorates to your billing cycle.
Do I need a contract?+
No long-term contracts. Plans are billed monthly or annually (annual saves about 15%), and you can cancel whenever you like.
What happens to my data if I cancel?+
